The retreat

Wake to the rock of the waves.

After years of prioritising everyone else, this is your time. Leave behind the weight of routine and step aboard a floating sanctuary in the Greek islands — a land of turquoise waters, sun-drenched shores, and timeless charm. Five days of drifting between hidden bays and pastel harbours, with daily yoga, mindful movement, and the healing rhythm of the sea to bring you back to yourself.

Your cabin is a cosy retreat after sun-filled days; the open deck becomes our yoga shala — morning Vinyasa, evening Yin, and everything in between.

Your day-by-day itinerary

Corfu → Syvota → Blue Lagoon → Parga → Antipaxos & Paxos → Corfu

Day 1

Corfu to Syvota

Embark on our journey to Syvota, a welcome drink and safety drill, a sunset swim at Syvota Bay, a BBQ on the boat, then free time to explore Syvota village.

Day 2

Syvota → Blue Lagoon

Morning yoga & meditation, breakfast, then depart for the Blue Lagoon — lunch and a swim stop, a beach energy circle, and dinner on the boat.

Day 3

Blue Lagoon → Parga

Morning yoga & meditation, breakfast, lunch and exploring in Parga, an afternoon workshop, then evening swimming and a BBQ at Agios Giannis Bay.

Day 4

Parga → Antipaxos → Paxos

Morning yoga & meditation, breakfast, a swim stop and lunch on the boat, sail to Rodovani Bay for restorative yoga, then a buffet dinner under a sky full of stars.

Day 5

Corfu Old Town

Yoga, meditation and a closing circle, breakfast, then disembark at Corfu Old Town.

Consider this itinerary a very reliable rumour rather than a rulebook. Once we're out on the water, the wind, the weather, and what the group fancies on the day all get a vote — so we'll always steer you toward the best of what's on offer, even if the order changes.

What's included

Everything, taken care of.

Flexible half-board meals

Breakfast, every day — a full breakfast aboard to start the morning right.

One main meal included daily — depending on the day's itinerary, that's either lunch or dinner.

Why women keep coming back

This was the trip of a lifetime — good for rest, recovery, healing and good laughs. Weeks later, I'm still holding on to my glow.

— Surabhi

What I came away with was a deeper sense of self-awareness and a new sense of peace, alongside laughter, tears and dancing with an incredible group of women.

— Lucy P.

Stacey was such an open-hearted, knowledgeable host. I've travelled extensively and been on many retreats — this was by far the best.

— Joy R.

Best week of my life, hands down. The boat, the food, Stacey as a host and teacher, the women I met — I didn't want to disembark.

— Rachel

Waking to the rock of the waves, then yoga on deck — I've never felt so far from my inbox.
