These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made with Ohso Yoga ("we", "us", "our") for retreats, day retreats, and online services including the Video Library. By booking, you agree to these terms.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place on a multi-day retreat, with the remaining balance due 60 days before departure. Day retreats are paid in full at the time of booking. We accept payment in full, or via Klarna instalments where offered at checkout — instalment terms are set by Klarna and subject to their own eligibility checks.
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future retreat date within 12 months of the original booking, subject to availability. Balances paid and then cancelled within 60 days of departure are non-refundable. We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers cancellation for this reason.
Comprehensive travel insurance, including cover for cancellation, medical treatment, and repatriation, is compulsory for all international retreats. Proof of cover must be provided ahead of departure.
You confirm that you are medically fit to participate in yoga, physical activity, and any retreat-specific activities (such as game drives or sailing). Please tell us about any relevant health conditions before booking so we can advise appropriately.
We take reasonable care in selecting venues, activity providers, and suppliers, but we are not liable for matters outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, third-party suppliers, flight delays, or acts of nature.
Access to the Video Library is personal to you and must not be shared. Content is provided for personal practice only and may not be reproduced, redistributed, or rehosted.
We may update these terms from time to time; the version live on this page at the time of your booking applies to you.
